I was looking for something with a clean, simple style and wasn’t expecting to be that impressed, but once I saw it in person, it just worked. It has that really nicely done, minimal look that makes everything feel a bit more put together without trying too hard. I ended up loving how clean and easy it looks.

I used upcountryinc.com and it was just straightforward, which I always appreciate. I found what I was looking for without having to click around forever, the pages loaded fine, and the menu actually made sense. Checkout was simple too, no weird confusing steps or anything. It’s not some flashy site, but it did what I needed it to do, so yeah, I’d use it again

"No surprises, got exactly what I paid for"
I ordered from upcountryinc.com and everything showed up exactly how I picked it out. The sizes, colors, and items were all correct, with nothing missing or swapped. I’m always a little nervous ordering online because I’ve been burned before with wrong items and it feels like such a waste of time and money to fix. Thankfully, that didn’t happen here. Super relieved and happy with the order, and I’d definitely buy from them again

"Good prices, and honestly other places should be embarrassed"
I was actually kind of annoyed after ordering because it made me realize how much other sites have been overcharging for the same kind of stuff. The prices on upcountryinc.com were better than I expected, and what I got definitely felt worth the money. Nothing fancy or overhyped, just solid value. I’d buy from them again.

Pretty good overall. Solid feel. Looked close to what I was expecting when it showed up.
I’ve used it a little now. Nothing feels cheap. Nothing seems badly made either, which is nice.

Gave it 4 stars. Just one small thing I wasn’t crazy about. Still happy with it though.

"Sizing just didn’t worked for us"
I ordered the harness based on the size guide, but the fit was really strange. It was too loose in one area and then feel tight in another, so it just wasn’t comfortable or usable for us. The quality looked okay overall, but the sizing made it frustrating and we had to sent it back.

"Still holding up, honestly"
Yeah, it was a bit pricey, but I don’t really regret buying it. I’ve been using it every day for months now, and it’s still holding up well. People can say what they want about the cost, but at least it seems durable.

"My dog seems super comfy in it"
I picked up an Up Country harness for my older dog and he seems alot more comfortable on walks now. The old one used to rub under his legs, but this one doesn’t seem to bother him at all, and he’s not doing that little wiggle escape move every few minutes anymore.

The fit was easy to sort out too. It took him a couple days to get used to it, but now he just stands there while I put it on like it’s no big deal. Happy with it so far.

"Exchange Worked Out, But Wow It Took Forever"
I had to exchange for a different size, and it did eventually get sorted out, so that was a relief. But the replies felt like they were moving at the speed of a sleepy turtle, and I was over here dramatically checking my inbox like my life depended on it. Not the worst experience ever, just slower than I expected.
